Visitor Statistics and Evaluation
To help us measure the festival’s results and continue developing Malmö Design Days, we need your help with visitor statistics and evaluation.
Your input is important for assessing the festival’s impact and gathering insights for future editions.
Visitor Statistics
During the festival, 19–22 May, you are required to report the number of visitors to your program activity through an online form. If you are participating with multiple program activities, you must submit visitor statistics for each activity separately.
We recommend reporting your visitor numbers regularly throughout the festival while the information is still fresh.
Deadline for submitting visitor statistics: 31 May 2027.
Why Are Visitor Statistics Important?
By reporting your visitor numbers, you help us:
- Compile the festival’s official visitor statistics and results.
- Demonstrate the festival’s impact to partners and other stakeholders.
- Monitor the festival’s reach and development over time.
- Create better conditions for future editions of Malmö Design Days.
Evaluation
We would appreciate hearing about your experiences and feedback from Malmö Design Days 2027. By completing our evaluation, you help us improve the festival’s content, organization and overall delivery.
After the festival, we will send an evaluation form by email to all participants.
