During Malmö Design Days, the entire city becomes a platform for design. Over four days, 19–22 May 2027, Malmö will be filled with exhibitions, seminars, workshops and other activities in both familiar and unexpected locations.

Bring your program activity to life in Malmö! Open up your studio, organise an exhibition in a retail space, host talks or workshops or create an installation in an urban setting. From shop windows and courtyards to industrial spaces and public environments – the city’s diverse spaces offer opportunities to reach audiences in new ways.
Finding a Venue
As a participant, you are responsible for finding and arranging a suitable venue for your program activity. Form/Design Center can offer advice and suggestions for potential venues but is not responsible for arranging or booking them.

We have gathered suggestions for venues and locations in Malmö that may be suitable for your program activity.
Responsibilities and Permits
As a participant, you are responsible for the planning, production, staffing and execution of your program activity. You must also ensure that all necessary permits and approvals are in place and that applicable regulations regarding safety, accessibility and public order are followed.
Your program activity must be accessible to visitors during the opening hours listed in the festival program.

Festival Signage
All venues included in the festival program must display Malmö Design Days signage to help visitors find their way.
Signage materials will be available for collection at Form/Design Center from 3–14 May 2027.
